Did you know that a lot of people stick out their necks when doing their abs. Not only is this uncomfortable but it makes your the time you spend doing your abs worthless! Try this trick. Focus on pressing your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth when doing your abs before starting your workout. It keeps the strain off of your neck so your stomach is forced to do the workout.
