I'm a gluten-free newbie (started about 2-3 weeks ago)... so I'm no expert at the gluten free shopping list yet :) BUT... here's what I've been eating...

    Nuts (walnuts, almonds)
    Cherries
    Apples
    Pomegranate juice
    Lean meats (chicken, salmon, etc)
    Brown Rice
    Quinoa
Quinoa flakes (for breakfast... super good if you like quinoa)
    Gluten-free steel cut oatmeal
    Udi's gluten free bread
    Gluten free crackers
    Chobani yogurts
    Hummus
All kinds of veggies (squash, sweet potatoes, spinach, etc)
    Eggs and egg whites
Lactaid milk (I also have a lactose issue)

So... yeah, those are the main things. It's tough, you just have to be creative.

We buy lots of naturally GF things - fruits, veggies, meat, rice, safe oats, cheese, yogurt etc.

For GF replacements we always have (mostly for the kids): rice cakes, rice crackers, glutino pretzels, rice cereal. Sometimes we buy graham crackers, animal crackers and pancake mix.

For meals we have GF soy sauce, pasta, sauces etc.

And I keep muffins, cookies, waffles, granola bars and buns made and ready to eat. Everything except the granola bars is kept frozen and pulled out as we want/need them.
