I see it has been a minute since anyone has updated a new topic or logged anything in this group. Just wanted to see if anyone wanted to share some Key things that happen in 2013 for you. Were you succesful in making goals? Would you change anything coming into 2014?
I would say 85% of 2013 was the best for me. I didn't succeed in making my ultimate goal weight but I still kept going regardless. I got engaged and gained tons back but after the happiness calmed down I was able to get back on track and now that is where I am. I feel look and feel great.. 2014 will definitely be memorable for me and one of the best yr yet. Wishing everyone much success in the yr to come and remember Never Give Up!

2013 wasn't the best for me in terms of weight loss. But I'm committed to making 2014 better.0
