Please update us on how you did with your last week's goals (if applicable), and tell us your mini-goals (achievable, discrete things) for this week.

This week is Christmas so I would like you to all put a special goal in for how you will handle Christmas eve or Christmas (whichever one is more difficult for you!).

I hope you all have a blessed Christmas!

    Mini goals 9/15 - 9/20
    1. Stay within calorie ranges this week - Yes
    2. Follow the 30 day plan week 3 without fail. - Yes
    3. Work solid days so I can enjoy the evenings! - Pretty good :drinker:

    Mini goals 9/21-9/27
    1. Do strength training at least twice
    2. Continue following the 30 day plan for week 4 (rearrange workouts order if needed)
    3. Write Christmas letter and get it in the mail!

Christmas day goal: Measure and log any snack item I eat, especially cheese and dip! Everything must go on a plate before it touches my mouth.

Only one goal: run 3 times this week to build up some extra calories to spend on christmas eve.

    :)

Good luck everyone, and merry christmas!

Exercise 4 times this week: likely Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat.

Stay within my calorie goals except for Christmas Day.

    Track everything I eat.

Reduce calorie goals by 250 on Dec 26th. Coming out of maintenance.

Ran today. Did weight training on sunday. I deadlifted 330 pounds. Finally found my max. Now it's time to train for the 400 pound mark!

Going for a run on the 26th and 28th to complete my scheme this week.

Ran 4 minutes nonstop for the first time in my life today! :)
