So we made it to Christmas and we have all done thanksgiving and most of the holiday party's .
How did everyone do ????
I did not do as well as I had hoped but that's because I hit my weight loss wall . whenever I diet I get to a certain point and my weight loss stops generally I get frustrated and give up but I am going to keep at it .
We all said that we wanted to loose so we looked better in the Christmas pictures so if you can post them I'm sure we would all like to see
