So, while i get yet another late start to this fine day, I have to start out by saying i am disappointed in myself today. After all the hard work last week, I somehow must have been fooling myself. I gained a bunk of "Bulk" weight over the weekend, and while i am still waiting for it to all break down and out, and waiting on my next oppotunity to work out (tomorrow morning) - I feel disappointed even more so! I know its not a huge setback, but i guess the though of the holidays with my wife working tonight and tomorrow has got me a bit down in general.
For me, Xmas is a time of year I dread. Not that i dont enjoy them, but i do dislike them for one specific reason, and that is that along with the joy, is the pain of trying to fit everyone in so it works on their schedules, but when your own is so messed up, its frustrates me to no end when I cant have things go at my speed. We are all that way, and while my weight loss seems to have stalled, I still am working towards my goals with a smile on my face and a spring in my step (as soon as my toe heels that is).
In the meantime - Please join me in raising your glass of holiday cheer this evening, and look around at those who mean the most to you. From my family to yours, Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good 'nite!

It's a minor setback. Feel disappointed for 10 minutes, then put in extra exercise tonight and Thursday and Friday to make up for any overages on Christmas Day. You've come this far, keep it up!
It's a lifetime of habits we're trying to break, we're not always going to be perfect and we'll have times where we don't do as well as we know we should. It's ok. Really! As long as you get right back on that pony, you're headed in the right direction.0 -
Merry Christmas to you and your family. You're a real cool cat and I'm glad to have met you :flowerforyou:0
