Hello,
Just joined the group. 37yo, to be first time Mommy in a few days, I've gained 30lbs with the pregnancy putting me about 5lbs over my prepregnancy weight.
I'm looking forward to continuing my goals feels like I've put them on hold for the pregnancy. I feel like a horse in the starting gate so ready to start back hitting my goals and getting fit. Any advice for a Mom-to-be?

enjoy the first few weeks and don't stress about weight loss. I was planning on starting back to excersize right away, but with a 2nd degree tear, I was in a bit of pain and didn't do anything more than walking for about 5 weeks. The first few weeks, it would hurt to walk 500 m. be there for your baby and get back into it when you can.0
