    It's great having a challenge. I've never done one before but it gives me something to achieve in the short term which is great. I mean I have to do the exercise each day which means I'll be keeping track of what I've done etc. So excited for this :D

    Thanks for the challenge! I think this will be fun. I'm a visual person, so I created a calendar with all the exercises on it so I can take a big red marker and "x" them out as I accomplish them.
