New to the group!

Hi! I'm new to the group (with a new mfp name for the new year!) I bought the Walk it Off in 30 days kit for myself as a present! I just did the Day 1 of the 30...and WHEW am I outta shape. LOL I have her other 5 mile dvd So I actually plan to use them this year. So what are everyone elses goal for the year?

    Hi there and welcome! Nice job on your new Christmas present and using it! :) We all started from somewhere. When I first started I could barely do a 1/2 mile and I now I regularly do 4 - 6 miles almost everyday so hang in there!

    My goal is to do at least 3 miles 5 - 6 days per week in addition to other workouts I do.

    Hi, welcome to the group! It's cool you bought yourself the Walk It Off in 30 Days as a present. I have a few DVDs but also find Leslie's workouts on YouTube.

    My goal for 2014 is to finally reach my goal weight!
