Hi! I'm new to the group (with a new mfp name for the new year!) I bought the Walk it Off in 30 days kit for myself as a present! I just did the Day 1 of the 30...and WHEW am I outta shape. LOL I have her other 5 mile dvd So I actually plan to use them this year. So what are everyone elses goal for the year?

Hi there and welcome! Nice job on your new Christmas present and using it!
We all started from somewhere. When I first started I could barely do a 1/2 mile and I now I regularly do 4 - 6 miles almost everyday so hang in there!
My goal is to do at least 3 miles 5 - 6 days per week in addition to other workouts I do.

Hi, welcome to the group! It's cool you bought yourself the Walk It Off in 30 Days as a present. I have a few DVDs but also find Leslie's workouts on YouTube.
My goal for 2014 is to finally reach my goal weight!0
