WHO IS READY FOR A MINI PERSONAL CHALLENGE?

As you know, the holidays have come and gone where the temptation is higher than normal. And of course you, you didnt have to give up EVERY food you like but have it in moderation. Well...Im sure some of us may have over indulged and thats fine. So now we can take the opportunity while there are less food challenging times around and get into a perosnla challenge to push ourselves and one another a little harder to reach our goals and a healthier new way of living. The floor is open fpr ideas. I would like to begin this challenge coming in with the New Year. Ive been researching some wonderful meal plans from Dr. Ian Smith and also a great exercise guide book enititled Escape Your Shape (How To Work Smarter Not Harder) by Edward J. Jackowski. Its a great tool. So who is ready to kick the New Year off?
