Good Morning ladies
Been so quiet on here this week and I was waiting for Tammie's post. I wanted to see how everyone's Christmas went. What workouts you go in and what your New Years Goals are?
I don't believe in a resolution as those are meant to fail. So what are your obtainable goals?
Mine are:
Be under 200 by Feb 26 for my 28th birthday I am 35 lbs away.
Run one race each month. I've picked them out and got the time off for the approved.
Run 2-3 marathons. One in May, July, and October.
Reach my goal weight of 175 by my 1 year anniversary on MFP of May 29th.
But most of all...
Continue to celebrate every day the little things I accomplish!!

Good Morning Ladies:
For anyone looking for a Last Chance Workout, here you go:
For 30 minutes, let's play roll the dice:
1- 1 minute plank
2- two arm dips
3- 3 burpees
4- 4 squats
5- 5 jumping jacks
6- 6 push ups
7- 7 pelvic lifts- lay on your back, lift your pelvic area and squeeze your buttocks together and release and repeat
8- 8 weighted leg lifts each side ( place weight on hip and lift leg, make sure toe is pointed)
9- 9 overhead lifts-using any kind of weights, lift from waist to chest then from chest over head repeat
10- 10 bicep curls
Next 30 minutes any aerobic activity, but would like you to add some hills, stairs, etc..anything that will pump up the heart rate!! Enjoy!!
I am heading to the gym now because I must kick my butt in gear.Jesse if you do not see me posting any exercise on here on a particular, you need to yell at me!! Have a great day!!

So sorry I have been so out of the loop ladies...the holidays got the best of me and I fell off track big time. But I am now re-committing to my fitness goals with the start of the new year. I plan on doing the last chance workout in the morning and will send my weight to you then, I'll apologize in advance because with a week and a half of not counting calories I'm sure that I will see a gain this week.
My fitness goals for the new year are to weigh under 145 for my wedding on Nov. 8th (so need to lose about 20 more lbs.), run a 5k in under 35 minutes, and to start eating breakfast at home instead of grabbing something on the way to work everyday, this will also help me to save money which is another big 2014 goal of mine.0 -
Well I weighed this morning and I am now 165, a 2.5 lb. gain. Ugh, really mad at myself for letting it get so out of hand, but trying to stay positive and focus on beginning again. I know if I beat myself up too much then I will backslide even further.0
