Hello ladies my name is Kendra, I'm currently 21w & 5d pregnant. For the New Years resolution my goal is to eat healthy and exercise 30-60 minutes 5x a week pregnant and not pregnant. I'm new to this and would really appreciate support and all. Please feel free to add me: KendraForChange2014

    Hi Kendra, I'm 24 weeks exactly today.

    I've been exercising consistently for the past 2.5 years, and have continued all through my pregnancy. My eating hasn't been as good lately though. For the first 14 weeks I felt so nauseous and just ate what I could, then lately I've had too many Xmas treats! My resolution is to get back on track, which I started to do on Fri. I had 3 days off logging, and now I'm back to being stricter with myself. I've decided to quit the treats most days, and just have one day a week where I can have treats.

    I'd lost 70lbs since my 2nd child, so I don't want to put it all back on!

    My January challenge group is up and running! I will not be participating in every challenge but I will do my best to keep up with everyone that joins in what ever way works for you. If we get a couple of preggo ladies over there maybe I can make a pregnancy challenge too. I know I have to modify some of the challenges I have already posted to work around my pregnancy.
