For the rest of December, I'll be posting practice sign-ins, so you'll get an idea of how the group works. You don't have to participate in the practice sign-ins. If you choose to participate and you slip up, it's okay--it's just practice.
Remember: You can answer "no" to any of these questions during practice sign-ins. But once January hits, the challenge will officially begin and you'll have to answer "yes" to all of these questions in order to remain in the challenge.

Yes. Spending the time now working out my calorie intake and how I plan to go about tackling the second part of my journey. Already set up my phone with my HIIT workout, so bring on January 1, 2014.
Here is a tip for water retention: mix 2 ounces of 100% pure cranberry juice with 7 ounces of water. Trader Joe's sells CBJ for $3.99 per bottle. Make sure you have a bathroom close by for the first couple of days - this really works.

I am trying to get over this to get back to exercising. Pretty sure I will, been sick to stomach last few days after eating too much spicy food. Ate a bunch of spiced nuts then had curry for dinner and my body said, enough! The good though is I was wondering how I would cut down on sugar and last few days the mere thought of sugar sickens me...0
