Any level of fitness. Starting Monday January 6th. 6am 5 day days/week half an hour for the 1st week, moving up to an hour. Meeting at the park on the plaza with the fountains. We will be adding a second class soon a little later in the morning (9am-ish) and at that point, the earlier class will move into an indoor location in the midtown area. Bootcamp style excersizes using body resistance. Lunges, squats, situps, pushups (modified if necessary) running in place and some new ones to shake it up. < things in that vein. It's intense, and we'll be sure to start slow and allow time for warm up and cool down. The earlier classes will probably be around a half an hour, within a couple of weeks they should be longer and we'll switch things up. It's a beautiful park with a walking trail we can use for walking and running. We should move inside within a week or two once attendance picks up. Dress warm and comfortably. Layers are a good idea. Sign up by giving your name and email address and we'll confirm with you the date. location and time. We'll have sign up sheets the first day of class so that you can help track your progress better throughout the class. We are also using MyFitnessPal if you have a smart phone and want to download it. We'll have a group set up on there soon.
