:yawn: Did you know that there is research that shows that dieters who are well rested lost more fat than those who are sleep deprived? Did you know that sleep and metabolism are controlled by the same sectors in the brain?
When you are tired, certain hormones go up in your brain and those same sneaky hormones drive your appetite.
I know life is busy-but let's all try to get those 8 hours.
