When I first started eating vegan it was about 2 weeks ago (I know not long), but I never really ate me I just had a dairy addiction. I realized that when I was eating dairy I felt horrible just not physically bit mentally. I stopped cold turkey after researching about veganism/raw foodist/fruitarian, I was amazed at how these people looked because they didn't only look fit but they looked completely happy like they were on some happy pill 24/7. Most people I know do not support my decision of becoming vegan, they think it is the end of the world or something. I honestly can say I have never felt better.

The first few days were rough because my body was craving dairy, but I knew that it was for the better to kick the habit. I not only do this for health, but also due to animal rights. I never knew how bad things were until I watched a video someone sent to me. I think from that moment on I just stopped looking at meat the same way. I have friends who eat meat and I don't push my lifestyle on them because everyone has a choice to how they live their life and it is not for anyone to judge.

Has anyone had any bad experiences or positive ones switching from SAD diet to Vegan diet?
