I am assuming 140 min. would be about 8 Miles, I really do not know how many miles I have walked.
That would be between 5-7 miles for me... knowing I do 30 min / 2 miles with Leslie Sansone..
or I can do 1 mile 20 min. w/ Leslie Sansone. (20 min / 1 mile outside too)
If you know how fast you walk a mile.. divide that into your minutes and you will have your miles.Hopes that helps!

Hi all,
I just joined this group and MFP, so I am not sure how I would join this challenge, but I guess I can prorate it or something. I just started walking to Leslie's DVDs about 3 months ago, and then, I let the holidays derail me from continuing to walk. I am a beginning walker, so I am not sure what would be considered a "good try" for the last week and a half of a month. Maybe someone here can motivate me to just get started walking again, eh? Then, next month, I can be ready for a February challenge. Obviously, I need the support this group offers!0 -
