For the rest of December, I'll be posting practice sign-ins, so you'll get an idea of how the group works. You don't have to participate in the practice sign-ins. If you choose to participate and you slip up, it's okay--it's just practice.
Remember: You can answer "no" to any of these questions during practice sign-ins. But once January hits, the challenge will officially begin and you'll have to answer "yes" to all of these questions in order to remain in the challenge.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes though the quick add calories is an estimate cuz the box says this many calories for this much of an amount. I only had a few of each not 4-5 so I figure at least an extra hundered and 30 calories should cover it

If I understand you correctly, the amount said 4 and you had 2 ( as an example). Just pick the item on MFP and the amount would be .50 ( in that example). I hope that makes since. Then it's not really a guesstimate. Just a suggestion!! :flowerforyou:0 -
