I am going to go for 80 miles this month. Last month I tracked running only, but this month will be running and walking (I had a ton of walk miles I feel sad I didn't count!). And stationary bike miles too, if I do any of that.0

So for January 2014 I think my goal will be 150 miles. - and I'm including walking, running and stationary biking - all of which will be pursued depending on weather, fitness and state of mind!!

The weather has been great, so I'm going to go for 230 miles this month! If it snows, I can always get miles in on the trainer!
