I'm hooked on their Donettes. It's so hard not to buy them. I managed to make it through yesterday with only two. A serving size is four.
4.35 miles today. It's 66 and humid. I think there's a storm or tornado watch in the future.

All good, the warning passed. I got my bird into his cage so I could move him - no easy feat since he likes being out of it. I didn't move him downstairs but was ready to go. I've moved him downstairs twice since we've been living here. My county was cleared, then I had to wait until my brother's was cleared and that just went through. So we're all good and I'm glad I got my walking and steps in before that went down. Now I guess I have to follow through with cleaning since that was next on my to-do list :grumble:0 -
I would like to chang my goal please ... if not too much trouble?
Started this thinking 5 miles would be too hard, but discovered that walking can be good enough exercise too!
By mixing walking and a bit of jogging, a mile a day is very achievable ... even for a beginner beginner!
I therefore up my goal to 25 miles ... and did 6.64 of them this week

Huge storm going through. Wind, heavy rain and a funnel cloud watch. Managed a little walk, not much. My yesterday total did not get entered into the spreadsheet. With today I should be at 76.5 miles. So please add a total of 9.5 for yesterday and today combined. Looks like the spreadsheet is all messed up. Its hard to find you when your in the green when the list is now alphabetically Dave, can you look at that?.
