Dave, glad you liked spinning class. When I was living in California, my trainer there recommended I try it. I think he was trying to kill me. After two minutes I realized there was no way I was keeping up, but didn't want to walk out of the class, so while everyone was spinning, I was just pretending I was out for a leisurely bike ride. I threatened my trainer at my next session.
Today's walk 3.1 miles.

KAR328 - LOL! Yeah, I had a couple moments last night where I was muttering and swearing under my breath and had to ignore the "add a gear" commands, but for the most part I kept up and pushed myself. I was a sweaty mess by the end of class. Thankfully I'm not too horribly sore. :bigsmile: I'm a glutton for punishment though and definitely do intend to do it again.
Hmmmm...just noticing I only need 6 more miles to get into the Goal Zone myself...good thing I packed my gym bag and brought it to work with me this morning!Okay, so yeah, that's pretty much every morning. :laugh:
