    Went over my goal last night after a run then taking a spin class, and added 17.6 miles. The LilySlim ticker won't let me go over my goal miles so I ended up increasing the goal on the ticker from 70 to 80. But I think that for February since it's shorter I'll just go with 75 miles.

    I'm also really happy to report that when I went to the doctor's office this morning my total cholesterol was under 200 for the first time in my adult life!!! Yeah total 171 and HDL 99, so no more talking about cholesterol meds for this MY@er, hopefully ever.

    Yeah, that is a one of the minor downsides to Lilyslim tickers. When I go over goal, I change my ticker goal number to whatever my current miles are too. (Plus I put my goal in the ticker title...see next message.) I don't ever change the spreadsheet goal number when a person is that close or at 100% anyway, so no worries. :smile: Great job!

    If I had to give a guesstimate, I would say my mileage this month is only around 30 or 40. Way far from my original 200. Weather and financial stress have played a big part in this. Next month I plan to set a more manageable goal and take these things into consideration. On a plus note I am still meeting my weight loss goals and I am 11 pounds down this month!

    Added 2.5 miles, so I'm over goal for 78.1 in January and still a few more days to go!

    3.98 last night doing run/walk intervals and 12.00 today riding my bike on a late lunch...i will make my 65 mile goal this month....it will be down to the wire but i WILL do it...
