I'm Jack I am the Facilitator of the only Transmen's support group in Orange County, California.
Been on MFP off and on for a while now but ready to give it another shot. I'd like too have more friends who have similar goals. Feel free to add me, it's easier to stay in touch that way.0 -

I am just back on MFP after a long break. Need to get rid of the work from home weight I have yet to surf around the various forums to see who’s active. I will let you know if I find anything.1

Hi @acrylicfox ! I'm currently just counting calroeis and doing the late night snacking challenge - I have (had?) a bad habit of eating later in the evening and overnight so that's part of getting myself together. Other than that, just running - it's too cold to cycle so I run on a treadmill. Posted my best 5 km this year yesterday so total win!2

Great work on the 5km!
I'd love to learn to run but it's been on my To-do list for so long that I think I've built up a mental Everest out of it LOL
oh late-night snacking? inspiring! yeah, I'm not ready to tackle that yet! XD
I'm still trying to master the food pre-planning. getting there slooooowly, one day at a time (I'm also doing the Just give me 10 Days challenge which helps me keep focused on the day-by-day)1 -
Running was something I HATED as a child but my current employer has a treadmill so I started doing it for off-season training and stress relief. And TBH, the biggest thing was figuring out what I wanted the running to work on. I love cycling and my joints are sketchy, so I go slower and do a lot of incline work to build cardio and thighs and because it's shorter strides there's less hard impact on my joints.
Any challenge is good - it helps make it a habit!!!2
