Drop enough weight to feel good teaching exercise classes. The last class I taught was when I was 5 months pregnant, and I miss teaching.0

1. Learn German (intermediate level).
2. Be happier (smile more, not take life so seriously, enjoy the ride, live in the moment).
3. Close at least one, large opportunity with my new venture.
4. Less time in front of the computer (ironic, I know), more time enjoying nature (I live in the mountains). Winter: cross-country skiing at least once a week when I'm not traveling on business.

I decided to set goals and not call them resolutions. Resolutions never seem to last.
1. Run 14 races for 2014.
2. Cook one new recipe a week
3. Lose 3-5 pounds a month
4. Have the courage to approach a guy that I'm interested in.
For anyone that cares, No. 4 will without a doubt be the hardest. I have no balls/courage/moxy, nothing. So we shall see.0 -
1) @ work 1680x1050 *2 @home it varies from 1920x1024 to 5"
2) continue working on my endurance to improve my running pace. I can complete 1 mile in just barely under 11 mins but I can't maintain that pace.
3) complete a 5K in 33 mins or less
4) continue working on my weaknesses which are, well, everything, strength, speed, agility, endurance, core and flexibility. q= which in turn I'd like to sign up and complete my 1st obstacle race
5) weight loss stuff.. I've been too complacent with my monthly weight loss rate. I average between 2-5lbs a month. With the amount I still would like to drop, I know I can do better.0 -
1. Complete my first half marathon, less than a year after my first 10km.
2. Become PRINCE2 & ITIL certified.
3. Get muscles!
4. Try to like myself more.0 -
1) De-clutter my mind and re-clutter it with better, more positive thoughts.
2) To make myself my #1 priority, and actually work to lose this stupid weight and get fit
3) Get laid (just kidding... or am I? )
4) Learn Russian
5) Figure out what I'm doing with my life0 -

1) follow through on the research ideas I have, write something up and try to get it one of them published in a reputable journal.
2) devote the time to physical activity that is necessary to hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back in mid April.
3) add at least seven states to the list of ones in which I got laid.
4) enjoy life more.
5) stay out of jail
6) find a job that I don't dread going to most days.0 -
Be more organized (at home and at work)
Get back on track with my weight loss0 -
Resolutions/Goals
1. Drop 15-20% of my current weight (20% puts me at goal)
2. Wear lots of dresses (I don't usually do this but really want to by this Spring)
3. Stop negative self talk
4. Make doctor/dentist appointments and keep them (I don't think I made ONE appointment last year)
5. Follow my budget and buy a home before the fall
6. Try not to get too sentimental that my son is graduating high school this May
7. Feel good about myself no matter what the scale says (I have gotten better at this)
8. Cook dinner at least 90% of the time (meaning NO more than 3 meals out a month)
9. Improve saying NO to people and social invitations when I am tired
10. Read a couple good books this year!
Happy New Year!0 -
1. Finally reach my size/weight goal once and for all.
2. Stop being everyone's (work and family) "go to" person for everything (i.e. maybe learn to say no??)
3. Attend spin classes at least 3x/week...see No. 1
4. Take some classes and get going on my next career. Ready for a change!
5. Become a fabulous "healthy" cook0 -

I can see how you might note the resemblance, but really that is just me before I started eating healthy.0 -

YEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHH, BWOOOOYYYEEEE!!!!!!!!!
To add to mine, to learn to COMPLETELY forget about women while I work on my self-esteem.0 -
I'm sick of making resolutions then being depressed because I didn't resolute them. (is that a word?)
All I know is that I'll be 35 this year. It's a BIG one! I want to fit into this little white dress I bought a while back. It's bandage style, short, sleeveless... It's pretty much an "I'm here!!" type of dress. I have to fit into it. Hopefully by my bday... (may 3rd) I have felt "hot" before but I want to just make the boys jizz their pants when they see me this yr.. Classy "resolution" eh??
Class with a bit of slutty!!0 -
I made two:
1. kiss more people than I did last year ✔ (it had been stuck on zero for a while)
2. get more regular sleep: working on that one0 -

This except replace women with men.0 -
Good stuff... It would be funny to take a look at this topic back next year, and flail/humiliate the losers publicly.
For me:
- Try to work more efficiently
That should free some time to:
- Get more sleep (it's 2:43 am and I'm not sleeping as I'm writing that),
- Start my own blog (or website),
- Release 4 "finished" music tracks,
- Play and finish Skyrim (would it fit in a year?),
- Repay my debts
So much to do, so little time.0
