Thanks to all who joined. :happy:

1.The main goal is to complete the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. IF you do not want to Shred, then the main goal is to be active with cardio & strength training for 30 days.
2. The second goal is accountability. Comment on the fitness you did for the day and encourage you co-workers.

We will have rest days; not too many though. You can also use rest days to "catch up" or get back on track.:bigsmile:

If you complete MORE than 20 minutes of cardio/strength training in a day, let us know in your comment.
