My 2nd go round

TurboFire was my starting workout last year. As of Jan 10th of this one, it'll be a whole year since I started the weight loss journey.

I'm Julie, mom of 4 kids. I was at 200 lbs when I decided it was time to change. At 5'3, it really wasn't healthy. I lost 15 lbs with TurboFire in the first go round. I added Hip Hop Abs levels 1 & 2 and then added Focus T25, but my body is getting use to the workouts, so I decided to change it up again. I am in the middle of week 4 of my round 2 of TurboFire. Took a week off for vacation and travel, but decided to kick it up for the New Year. Full circle of the one year transformation. I gained a few pounds back, so hopefully with motivation from like minded people and holding myself accountable, I can get off the plateau and continue with the weight loss journey into this new lifestyle. I even added the last few disks (fire 60 etc) to push me even further.

What keeps me focused? I compete against myself with the calorie burn. I didn't do as hard of a burn with today's workout as I did with it last week. Just needing to push myself a bit harder. Feel free to friend me. :-)

    I did TF in the past and I'll be restarting in the morning. I'd love a new friend.

    Hi there - just started the prep schedule yesterday. I tried TF last year but believe I jumped into working out too quickly and that's why I failed. Looking to tone up and loose about 10 pounds before a girl's weekend in May. :)
