New to group & ISO slow cooker recipes

Good morning! I'm new to the group. I'm a 39-year-old mom of one toddler. I just started a new FT job last month after staying home for a year.
I'm looking for delicious, healthy slow cooker recipes! I'm a slow cooking fool -- it's a busy mom's best friend. My only food restriction is that I don't eat sugar but anything else (meat, gluten, etc) goes.
Here are a few of my favorites:
Santa Fe Chicken

Pulled Pork

Roast Chicken

I increase the paprika and Italian season to 1T

I love, love, love using my crockpot. I have three - all different sizes. I would use them every day if I could! LOL
Thanks for the linksI I'll have to try some of these recipes. I agree -- the crockpot is a working mom's BFF!!
I have two little ones (3 yrs old and 1 year old). I am busy, busy, busy! I feel overwhelmed at times ... but we can do this! Now that I've been making time to work out, I feel like I have more energy. It's exciting and making me want to continue!
Good luck to you!0 -
I have several...most of them are on Pinterest for easy looking up on my phone. :-) The fun part is remembering which board I pinned them on!!

I've personally found putting an entire 5 lb package of chicken breasts with seasoning & water & letting them get good & done is a time saver for the week. I can use the liquid for broth in future soups (I leave that last piece in there & keep adding water & letting it cook down to flavor it). It's already tender enough that it shreds itself, & you have the meat for chicken salad, fajitas, tacos, soup, stew, etc. Covers about 3 meals for my family of 5.
Feel free to find me on Pinterest & follow the Healthy/SouthBeach boards I've created!
