I'm not doing so great on my goals, but its my own fault. I've had some chaotic events happen this past month. My state (West Virginia) dealing with contaminated water (google it lol.) and then a couple days ago I got into a car wreck because of the snow a girl ran a stop sign and slid out onto the road and I slid right into her.. (I'm fine, thank God!) but I haven't really gained weight which is good, I did lose about a pound.. but next month I plan to be back on track better than ever!! (:0

I'm very happy today- made my January goal already- in the 180s (granted 189, but still in the 180s!!!). I've stepped up the exercise this month and have logged in all my food intake every day. Amazing how these two simple things have given me the boost I needed,

Yikes, blen85- that sounds like a very rough month! I would say, based on the way the new year is treating you- a one pound loss is a huge victory! Glad you are ok!0
