I hope everyone made it through the holidays with very little weight gain! I managed to not gain any weight this week :P

I managed to start my New Year off with McDonalds. Really?! Thankfully I only eat fast food about once every 6 months so I should be good for a while.0 -

Goal for this weigh-in was 150.5.. currently 2#'s behind. I wrote out my weekly goal ahead of time to loose 20# in the challenge time. I had a rough start though.. spent an entire week in a truck not able to do anything but sit there.. I'm just glad I didn't gain that week (because food is super tempting when you're bored!). At 1200 calories a day MFP says I can loose 1.1# a week. So I'll just have to make a larger deficit thru working out.0 -
I didn't hit my goal, but I did drop weight, so I'm happy.

I apologize for not checking in. We lost a family member, so I have been out of town. I am back, and hopefully I can still keep going with this group. Got on the scale this morning and I am at 162. So..... haven't lost or gained any weight. We are back on track at our house, so hopefully the scale will start going down.

I'm just joining but I've been tracking my weight for awhile.. I'm going to fill in "Week 3" on the spreadsheet for my first weigh-in and put in my weight for Jan 2nd. I hope that's the correct way to do the spreadsheet!
