    My name is Jess, I'm 32, from Toronto Canada, I work in International education.
    I have 2 Boston Terriers.

    Before starting this I was just completing physio to fix a knee problem that came from weak muscles and too much running. I would like to get back to running regularity (10k's) sometime this year!
