Raw Passion Retreat

I just spent 4+ days at a raw food retreat. What a wonderful way to start a new year. Lots of good - no, GREAT - food and ideas for other foods. For instance: Buckwheat groats - I had only used them for making granola, but Chef Olive used them to make Taboli, granola, crouton crunchies for the top of a salad, etc. It was so informative and fun.
