Had a tiny slice of birthday cake today and it was almost my undoing. I wanted MORE. But had some protein and removed myself from the kitchen and the cravings subsided.

Tough day today. Was hungry often this afternoon. Ate some things I shouldn't which increased cravings. Anyway, did 40 minutes of a tough workout at around 11:00pm tonight because I procrastinated on the daily workout and was also over in calories.:sad:

Since I wasn't able to get a run in early, usually on weekends it's harder to get a workout in! Hubby wanted to go see a movie than out to lunch we did! When we got home, I REALLY didn't want to go out for a walk :sad: :sad: I did, yay! I was even able to just eat ONE cookie, :drinker: :drinker: Thanks to you guys, I CAN do this!0 -
