Happy 2014!

I guess I'm the first one to post today.

Week 1 - 174.8
Week 2 - 175.2
Week 3 - 174.6

Down .2 pounds. I did go over NYs eve, but overall my calories have been lower every other day this week. A lot lower than what I went over. I think I'm retaining water so hopefully next week will be better.

    Hi all! I'm thrilled to be back to a routine. Working hard since NYE to undo the damage. Next week, there needs to be a scale drop. :)

    Week 1: 169.8
    Week 2: 172.8 and 168 exercise minutes
    Week 3: 172.4 and 185 exercise minutes

    Up .2, but I'm getting back on track with my food, exercise, etc. If I count skiing I did 196 minutes of exercise (I counted a day of skiing as 120 minutes). Need to get the regular morning run or workout back to being part of the routine.

    I indulged on New Year's eve and the day itself, so I saw this coming. I am very pleased with how small the gain was, though :) Looking to break into new territory next Saturday!

    I thought I escaped the holidays unscathed, but alas, I have gained two pounds. Working hard to undo all the indulging (mostly drinking haha)! I get back into a routine with work and school next week which I think will help.

    Last week: 167.6 / minutes: 111
    This week: 169.6 (booo) / minutes: 163

    Sw-142 lbs
    WK 1-140 lbs
    WK 2- 137 lbs
    Exercise total so far for THIS WK : 202 min

    Currently -65 lbs down overall since beginning my weight loss journey and I feel awesome! I know that my health over all has improved. I want to now incorporate more strength training into my workout regimen and tone up...especially my belly. Congrats to everyone and I hope to see you all next week.

    After a 2.7lbs gain last week from 3 days off Christmas eating... I'm glad the gain was only temporary and surprised, but pleased it's gone down again this week, despite New Year drinking! Managed to be fairly good for the rest of the time though and with New Year out the way, hopefully be a little easier.

    SW: 167.4 lbs
    Wk 1: 170.1 lbs (+2.7 lbs)
    Wk 2: 166.6 lbs (-3.5 lbs)

    Total for challenge: -0.8 lbs

    Keep up the great work everyone... we can get to St. Patty's Day lighter!! :wink:
