Hey guys, for those of you who don't know, or aren't already a part of the challenge, I'm also a fitness coach. Starting the 6th, I will be holding a free 15 day beachbody accountability challenge group to help others reach some goals. This is just for fun and motivation!     I would do it but I mailed all my BB workout videos back home since we are getting ready to move

    In this challenge you aren't required to do a BeachBody workout, all you have to do is workout and eat healthy!! It'll be fun!
