We had this for dinner tonight and it was awesome. I left the butter out but even with its only 291 cals/serving. If you don't like spicy you can scrape the seeds out of the peppers so there is less heat. We had it over rice but you could put it over pasta, in a wrap or use it at as filling for enchiladas.
