Looking to get out of rut

I am really trying this year to get out of the rut of saying I'm going to do it and not. I am looking for anyone who is willing to chat or offer help. I just need someone else to help me. I live in NC if anyone is close and wants to add me feel free. I live about 20 mins from Winston Salem.
