My "why"
At 50, I want to successfully complete the Tough Mudder in May. This challenge will help me stay the course through what ever Mother Nature throws at us, when the cabin fever sets in.

My "what"
Logging is key for me. If it goes in my mouth, I log it! Until I started logging, I didn't really realize what I was eating during the course of a day.
