Mini goals 9/28-1/4
1. Not to get discouraged by the scale - yes
2. Finish December strong by exercising everyday -yes
3. Take measurements as I may be gaining muscle! - I can't find my measuring tape with all the christmas stuff out!

Mini goals 1/5 - 1/12
1. Find the measuring tape!
2. Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday (even though I have some virus -- no excuses)
3. Do something challenging at least once this week!

    Stay under calorie goal every day this week. Done.

    Return weekly calorie deficit to 500 on Jan 2nd. Done.

    Only eat home cooking. Done.
