There is a cool free download on Pinterest that I believe is a great idea!
It is a monthly fitness goal calendar with check boxes for different goals like :

SLEEP
WATER
MEALS
EXERCISE

I am a BIG supporter of lifestyle modification and making small changes that you can
make to lose weight and keep it off permanently ! Each topic can be addressed
in a unique individualized way to suit YOUR goals. For example if you are not getting enough sleep,
your SLEEP check box could be if you turned all media off, and went to bed by 10pm..
A WATER goal could be to drink a cup of water before each meal....
MEALS to you could mean no junk food! etc....
EXERCISE could mean full workouts (with trainer :) or cardio, or a small mini home workout.
Each goal should be small and achievable so you can be successful. Perhaps Sunday could be
a day with NO check boxes ?!
