Post Holidays/Winter Flu Catch up!

Hey Everyone,
Sorry, I've been out of the loop due to 3 weeks of upper respiratory sickness and then Christmas holiday typical challenges to exercising. I trust you all will want to get back at it with me! Congrats to those who have been able to persevere all along! To catch up I'm continuing where I should be right now, so starting Week 6 tomorrow! I know it will kick my butt, but the thought of starting over or starting on Week 3 is too discouraging for me. I can just modify the exercises if needed.

How did everyone else do this holiday season???
