Day 4 for me

Just checking in. I'm not doing the "Reboot", but rather a modified version that feels better for me.

Weekdays: Green Juice for Breakfast, Lunch and 2 other times during the day. Dinner is a salad of greens, avocado and olives. No dressing. Cup of Earl Gray tea before bed.

Weekends: Green Juice for Breakfast, Vegan meal for lunch (yesterday was Lentil stew, for example), Juice for dinner, Tea before bed.

I'm thinking about adding in some protein, and if I do that will probably do it with protein powder. I don't want to add any real animal protein into my diet because it just makes me feel that I'm back to my old way of eating. I'm also thinking about adding in more plant based protein (chia seeds??), but need to research that before I do.

I got rid of my scale when I started this too. I'm basing my success on how I feel, and in time if I end up wearing smaller clothes.
