Hopefully everyone had a good weekend. I hope you were able to do at least one nice thing for yourself. 
*Notes for this week*
We are doing great thus far with the 30 day shred. I don't know about you all, but I was a bit sore this week. lol
Today we are on day SIX of the shred. On day 11, we begin level 2. However, if you are not ready to move on to the next level, you can stay at the level that you feel comfortable.
