Hi all. I have started out the New Year with a (new for me) eating and fitness plan. I have started the Fast Diet, or the 5:2 eating plan, and invested in some Leslie Sansone Walk at Home DVDs. I am 66 years old and not very fit, but so far have enjoyed alternating between the 4 Fast Mile one and the Pilates one. I've even managed to complete them without cheating or taking it easy! Looking forward to hearing more about her workouts from you guys

Hi there, and welcome to the group! I got started with Leslie Sansone DVDs when I started working out again after taking a pretty long break. I feel very out of shape, but Leslie Sansone workouts are challenging but also achievable. I really like them.0
