Stairs not accurate

Just started using a force and for 2 days has been great, but today it shows I have climbed 9 floors. So far today have only climbed one floor and really have not walked anywhere with much of an elevation change. Has anyone else seen this and is there a way to fix this.

Did your Flex ever start picking up stairs? I climbed about 10 floors today, and it says ZERO. Haha0
