Hi guys! Welcome to 2014! I am really excited to start this 12 week challenge. I have done other challenges in the past and we have had a great outcome. In this challenge we will be focusing on becoming healthier step by step. We will have weekly weigh ins and weekly challenges. There will be no teams on this particular challenge. We will all work as a team together. I will be uploading videos to explain our challenges and any updates.

This challenge will be kicking off on Monday January 13th. I will post a topic for Starting Weigh ins with a link to the spreadsheet. I ask that all participants post their weights on this spreadhseet. Weekly weigh ins will be held every Tuesday thereafter. This means that the Week 1 weigh in will be on Tuesday January 21st. The challenge will end on April 8th.

Let's do this together!!!! Let's make 2014 unforgettable.....let's accomplish our goals!
