    Shell, I have to take a rest day my back is killing me. I'll be back tomorrow. Are we the only ones doing this?

    I was starting to wonder the same thing??? I think we have a couple who are doing the work out , but not commenting because they are liking the status. :ohwell:

    I didn't do the shred yesterday. I did 30 minutes of Mr. Shut Up and Train's Day 3 Challenge. It just about made me pass out. PLUS day 3 of the Couch to 5k training! 60 minutes of high impact cardio and calisthenics! I'll be shredding again with you on today (Thursday)!
