Everyday i will be posting about the days workout and how it went. Please feel free to chime in with your thoughts. Also check my nutritional diary to make sure i am hitting my macros. I am doing a ketogenic high fat low carb diet and have already lost 5lbs and lowered my body fat percentage by 2.1%.
