Hey guys! I haven't seen anyone post yet so ... just wondering ...

what are everyone's goals by summer

I'm aiming for 35 -45 lbs by the end of July than again Id be happy with anything past 25 lbs leaving me in a super healthy weight range .

I plan on working with my trainer 3 times a week ( with one belly dancing cardio class on the weekend) and pairing it with the clean eating diet .

How are you guys planning to shed those extra lbs?
