Short and sweet. The roads along my normal running route are still packed with snow/ice, so I am postponing my run until tomorrow. Worst case scenario is I run on an indoor track or, *gasp*, a treadmill. Today I did the Challenge instead, with one minor modification.
I did the first batch of pull ups and push ups back-back-back-back. This meant my break was a little longer than Tony's while they did their remaining pushups and break. While I was waiting, I jogged in place. When they started the next style of pull ups and push ups, I did my entire batch with no pausing, again giving me a longer break jogging in place while waiting for Tony. Believe it or not, all my numbers went up slightly, and my Burnout went from 4 sets to 8 sets.
To sum it up...Tony was going too slowly for me!
