Greetings - Ankylosing Spondilytis or Lipedema?

Hello all, I'm new here. I currently live with and manage ankylosing spondylitis which is an active arthritis like rheumatoid. I also have lipedema which is also known as painful fat disease. I also have polycysitc ovary disease which doesn't cause me pain anymore because all of my female bits were removed but it does interfere with my weight just the same. I was curious who else is out there that I might have something in common with and learn from them. I'm looking forward to this community.
