Okay, I'm going to try the physical mini-challenge! The other two are moot since I only eat 1200-1300 cals/day and I don't believe in making resolutions.0

Optional Physical Mini-Challenge:
50 jumping jacks every day this week ---- Will do. I will be adding these 50 Jumping Jacks to the activities I am already doing for another Challenge.
Optional Calorie Mini-Challenge:
No daily calorie goals higher than 2,000 this week. ---- Will do. This will be easy since I am already staying within my budgeted calories daily.
Optional Mental Mini-Challenge:
Give us updates on your resolutions.
1. Continue to log my food and exercise daily. ---- Staying on track with this one. I have logged everything that I eat and all the exercise that I do on a daily basis.
2. Continue to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in at least 3 days a week. ---- I have been able to get in 60+ minutes of cardio in on a daily basis this past week.
3. Continue to lose weight until I am within my normal range BMI. ---- Still a work in progress on this one.
4. Set mini goals for myself...10 lbs. at a time. Shooting for 190 lbs right now. ---- Still a work in progress on this one also.
5. Continue to eat healtier meals. ---- Continuing to do this one also.
6. Join groups on MFP that will continue to CHALLENGE me. ---- I am currently a member of three groups on MFP that will continue to CHALLENGE me, this one being one of the three.0 -

Challenge one probably wont do today been on my legs all day so my calfs are already hurting
Challenge two never go higher then 2,000...Did months ago but havent since Nov, I also dont believe in cheat days/meals/times cuz then itll just add up eventually
Update doing much better on drinking water and finally lost 2 lbs after 3 weeks0 -

I am out...... major sad face......my knee is not doing well enough to do JJ's It had surgery 10 years ago and never been good with jumping on it! Pooo.........Major sad!
But the 2000 calories is a done deal! I only eat up to 1600!
And I think I am on track with my resolution!0 -
I'm gonna give this a go, the 50 jumping jacks. Just did today's and realized how outta shape I am, lol
The calorie option...I eat under 1300 so moot point there

OH HOW I WANTED A SODA TODAY!! :drinker: I'm sorry to all you water drinkers out there, BUT there is nothing better than a really ice cold soda after a hard workout!!I didn't do it though....grabbed the water instead. :sad:

Did the bare minimum 50 JJs today. I have been on the tennis courts for 4 hours today, plus shovelling snow. Those were the most painful jumping jacks I have ever done. Luckily my daughter sang "Eye of the Tiger" to me to get me through them

I had to google "jumping jack",
so I haven't started with them yet. My "net" calorie intake is always under 2000, which is what I need right now.
As far as resolutions, I wanted to start running again this year. So I thought I'd start small, maybe just half an hour each day. Then I thought 31 days in January, let's do 31 minutes running for 31 consecutive days. So far so good, I'm on track with both my resolution and this challenge.0 -
